Whatever product you are buying you are guaranteed it'll be a great price and delivered within 1-3 working days! In addition, some products automatically give you a chance of winning your money back!
Here's how it works:

		These products have a limited stock, indicated by an image like the one shown here. By buying one of these products you are automatically entered into a draw alongside the other customers that buy this particular product and you could win your money back - meaning the product could end up costing you absolutely nothing! Once all the items have been sold and a short period of time has passed (currently 14 days) we will announce the winner and will give that person their money back.
		JUST BUY IT - These products offer the lowest price available without the chance to win your money back. Simply buy the item for the price that's shown and we'll deliver to you right away!

- Every order is DELIVERED WITHIN 1-3 WORKING DAYS.
- Customers that win their money back are contacted 14 days after the last stock item for that product is sold and the result is shown on the site. This period is necessary to be in line with our returns policy. Click here to read our Returns Policy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What are my odds of winning my money back? The odds of winning your money back are determined by how many of that product are for sale - the '1 IN X FREE' image shows you how many people can buy each product. For example, if a product is '1 IN 10 FREE' you only have to beat 9 other customers to get your money back! Buy all 10 and you are guaranteed to get 1 of them for free, so why not tell your friends and buy as a group!?

How is the winner chosen? Each winning customer will be randomly chosen by a computer from the list of customers that bought that product. Every customer that buys that product is guaranteed an equal chance of winning.

Can I see the result? Absolutely. We intend the process to be as clear as possible. Each result will be announced on the details page of the relevant product in the 'Results' category once the 14-day returns period is over.

Do you tell us who won? Obviously we don't want to go giving out our customers details for all to see. In the interests of security and privacy we will only mention the first name, initial of the surname and county of the winner. e.g. John S from London.

Are my details safe? We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We keep the amount of information we ask for to a minimum and do not store any of your payment details. All payments are made via PayPal and all personal details such as your login and address are entered over a secure (SSL) connection provided and insured by C.O.M.O.D.O. When do I find out if I get my money back? Winning customers will be notified 14 days after the last stock item of that product has been sold. You can track how many items are remaining by looking at the product details page of the item you bought.

Why do we have to wait 14 days? There may be occasions where a product needs to be returned by a customer. Our Returns Policy provides further details on this matter, but essentially we need to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase before a result is announced.
