Buying
Buying from our site is very simple and is dealt with securely by using your PayPal account or paying using your credit card via PayPal.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed, you may do so by notifying us in writing quoting your personal details and order reference number by email.
We can not take verbal instructions to cancel orders.
Orders cancelled but NOT dispatched, at the time written cancellation notice is received will be refunded in full.

For orders that are cancelled but ALREADY dispatched, at the time written cancellation notice is received please refer to our returns policy below. We may have to charge any charges incurred in processing your order such as our payment providers commission and delivery charges.

Out of Stock & Partial Orders
Each product's stock status is displayed on our site, so the chances of a product you purchase not being in stock should be minimal. However, should this unfortunate circumstance occur we will notify you as soon as we are aware of the problem and refund you in full.
Returns Policy
How to return an item
At Boluga.com we strive to delight our customers with the latest and greatest products. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. Please contact us with details of your order and the item you wish to return. We will then get in touch to confirm the item can be returned and details of how to do so.

The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. If all requirements of our returns policy are met we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a Boluga.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange.

If the item is defective (within 14 days of receipt)
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.

If the item becomes defective (after 14 days of receipt)

If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, please contact us. We will then get in touch to arrange for the item to be collected at our cost. If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered, Please confirm this when you contact us.

Note: we can only send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, once we have received the original item within 14 days of you receiving it.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us with details of your order and the item you wish to return, giving the reason for the return as "I just don't want it anymore". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 14 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping & Delivery
All of the products on our site are held in stock at our warehouse ready for dispatch. We offer delivery within 2-3 working days and often sooner depending on when your order is placed (the earlier in the day the better). All orders are delivered by courier. We do not use Royal Mail.
